Donate

Because we are working on several projects, when you donate, please leave us a message stating what project you want to support. For the next month, from now until the end of October, all donations, unless specified, will go to help displaced artists from the North of Mali.

The projects are:

14A Girls Troupe
Toubab Krewe Music School
Aid to Northern Artists
Cultural Preservation Research

Instruments4africa, 501c-3, is a grassroots, volunteer led organization.  Because we are a small organization we can keep admin costs low, assuring that funds are used to assist those in need.  We are an official 501c-3 with the US Federal Government and all your donations are tax-deductible.

Instruments 4 Africa is seeking funding to keep kids in school and provide them with a quality academic education and training in the traditional arts of Mali. In 2012, we started a remedial tutoring program. We strive to continue bringing kids up to speed and to welcome new students into all of our programs for 2012-2013 school year.  We are also building a fund for emergency medical care and mosquito nets.

Paul Chandler & Tama Walley, On my flight from Dallas I had the honor of meeting Tama Walley who told me of a organization for underprivileged youth and I mentioned Fertile Ground to her, which is also working with the less fortunate. Maybe there is a mutual interest that could be achieved between Fertile Ground and Instruments4africa.
